Kahala man charged with motorcycle theft

Prosecutors today accused a Kahala man of allegedly trying to sell a stolen motorcycle at a "discounted price."
Christopher Riley, 37, was arrested Saturday night for second-degree theft at his Hunakai Street residence. Police said he was attempting to sell a red BMW R1100RS motorcycle stolen a week ago on Hobron Lane in Waikiki.
Riley's bail is $15,000 pending his initial appearance tomorrow at District Court. He has one prior criminal conviction.
