Kualoa traffic fatality victim identified

The man killed yesterday in a head-on collision on Kamehameha Highway near Kualoa Ranch was identified today by the Honolulu medical examiner's office as Charles A. Ritter, 84, of Kailua.
Autopsy findings for cause and manner of death were not available today, according to the ME's office.
