The state Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs and the boards and commissions that oversee professions and vocations recently took disciplinary actions against individuals and businesses.

(Hilo), $500 fine and agreement to comply with the laws and rules relating to estimates for labor and parts.Board of Veterinary Examiners Darrell C.
