Ran into a new product in the supermarket the other day: Orowheat Sandwich Thins. They're skinny, whole wheat rounds about the size of a hamburger bun with 19 grams of whole grain, 5 grams of fiber, no transfats, 100 calories each (this is as opposed to 110 calories or more per slice for a regular wheat bread). They're light and savory.

They're split like a hamburger bun and can be toasted or filled with a sandwich filling or a spread such as a nut butter, cheese spread or hummus. You get eight to a package and they retail for about $4.50 — a bit pricey, but they make you feel good and healthy.
