PASSOVER

Passover commemorates the flight of the Jewish people from slavery in Egypt. Only unleavened food is eaten during Passover as a reminder that the Jews fled Egypt too quickly to allow their dough to rise. Passover, with its traditions and grand meals, is a celebratory time of the year.
