Mostly sunny conditions are in today’s Island forecast.

The National Weather Service says highs will be 78 to 83 degrees with trade winds at 15 to 20 mph.
“High pressure north of the Islands will keep trade winds blowing through the middle of next week,” the weather service says in its area forecast synopsis.
“The trades will carry some showers over windward areas. Leeward areas will remain mostly dry, and the atmosphere will remain too dry and stable to produce much rain even over windward areas.”
