Kailua H.S. to hold imu fundraiser

Advertiser Staff

The Kailua High School band next month will hold an imu fundraiser.
For a $15 fee, people can have their turkeys or other foods cooked in the earth oven. Customers must drop off their food items from 3 to 4:30 p.m. April 2 and pick them up the next day from 8 to 9:30 a.m.

Food should be thawed and seasoned, and placed in a roasting tray wrapped securely in foil. Make three deep cuts in each piece of roasts and pork butts. One turkey per tray is permitted, and there is a 25-pound limit per tray.
Send checks, payable to Kailua High School Band Boosters, to the school at 451 Ulumanu Drive, Kailua, HI 96734. Write “IMU” on the envelope. Include a stamped, self-addressed envelope and your phone number.
For more information, call Todd Hendricks at 728-7389.
