Advertiser Staff

Police arrested two men last night and an 18-year-old woman this morning in connection with an attack on a 25-year-old man Sunday night in the Liliha area.

Police said the victim was attacked about 9:40 p.m. at 1700 Lanakila Ave. They said two men attacked the victim with a hammer and stabbed him in the neck with knife.
The two men then jumped into a 2003 Dodge Ram full-size "quad cab" truck that was being driven by the woman and left the area, police said.
The victim was taken to The Queen’s Medical Center in critical condition, police said.
The case has been classified as an attempted murder.
The two male suspects, ages 25 and 20, were arrested about 7 p.m. yesterday at a Lyman Road address on Schofield Barracks on suspicion of attempted second-degree murder. They remained in police custody as of this morning.
The woman was arrested about 10 a.m. today, police said.
