De Lima offers ‘Laughing and Learning’

Comedian Frank De Lima will present a program titled “Laughing and Learning in Hawaii Today” this month at Kaimuki Public Library.
De Lima, who has been entertaining local residents and tourists for more than 30 years with zany parodies, specializes in translating current events, fads and attitudes into musical parodies.
Through the Frank De Lima Student Enrichment Program, he emphasizes the importance of laughing, family life, and the ability to manage major emotional and physical life transitions.
De Lima’s free one-hour program, set for 3 p.m. Jan. 17, is suitable for all ages.
