LOS ANGELES — "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" made a fortune. "Land of the Lost" tanked.

Both films are equal earners at the Razzies, though, grabbing seven nominations each yesterday, including worst picture of 2009.

Other worst-picture nominees: Sandra Bullock's romance "All About Steve," the action tale "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra" and the comedy "Old Dogs."

Bullock earned a worst-actress nomination for "All About Steve." She's expected to score an Academy Award nomination today for her hit drama "The Blind Side."

"She could be the first person ever to win a Razzie and an Oscar in the same weekend," said John Wilson, founder of the Golden Raspberry Awards, now in their 30th year of singling out Hollywood's low points. Winners will be announced March 6, the night before the Oscars.

ALL TORN UP: ACTOR THOUGHT HE WAS HOME

LITCHFIELD, Conn. — Rip Torn was so intoxicated when he broke into a Connecticut bank carrying a loaded gun that he thought he was home, taking off his hat and boots and leaving them by the door, according to court records.

The 78-year-old actor was arraigned yesterday on several charges after spending the weekend in a police holding cell near his hometown of Salisbury, in northwestern Connecticut.

The "Men in Black" actor is accused of breaking into the Litchfield Bancorp branch through a window Friday night in Salisbury, where officers responding to an alarm found him wandering in the lobby and nearly incoherent.

He is expected to enter an alcohol rehabilitation center in New York, his attorney said.

ETTA JAMES HOSPITALIZED WITH INFECTION

RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Etta James' manager said the R&B singer remains hospitalized in Southern California as she recovers from sepsis, an infection.

Lupe De Leon said yesterday that James is stable and he doesn't know when the 72-year-old singer will be released from the Riverside Community Hospital.

Her son said Friday that his mother has been hospitalized for about a week with sepsis caused by a urinary tract infection. She entered a treatment program to shake a dependency on painkillers and was transferred to the hospital when her condition worsened.

SWEDISH HIP-HOPPER CONVICTED OF MURDER

LOS ANGELES — A Swedish hip-hop artist who ran down and killed a man at a Hollywood crosswalk has been convicted of second-degree murder.

A Los Angeles jury also found David Moses Jassy guilty yesterday of assault and battery. Jassy, who also uses the name Dave Monopoly, faces 15 years to life in prison when he's sentenced next month.

Prosecutors say the 35-year-old rapper killed pedestrian John Osnes in November 2008. Prosecutors say Osnes banged on the hood of Jassy's rented SUV when it stopped inside a crosswalk. Jassy testified that he never intended to hurt Osnes.
