Hawaii conveyance bureau announces new online services

Advertiser Staff

The state Department of Land and Natural Resources today announced that the Bureau of Conveyances has launched two new online services for recording and researching real property transactions through the state's website at http://www.eHawaii.gov

Effective immediately, businesses and individuals can file financing statements — also known as Uniform Commercial Code Form 1 (UCC-1) forms — electronically at http://boc.eHawaii.gov

The new system allows online users to submit payments using a credit card or subscriber account with eHawaii.gov.

The bureau said its online document search system also has been upgraded, enabling anyone performing ownership or licensing research to search the bureau's 9.6 million documents at any time, eliminating the need for mail or a physical visit to the recording office.
