Adrienne King a candidate for GOP lieutenant governor

Advertiser Staff

Honolulu attorney Adrienne King yesterday filed papers to seek the Republican nomination for lieutenant governor.

A family law attorney, King has held various low-level party posts and unsuccessfully sought a state House seat three times.

She is the lone GOP candidate to file for the post so far, though Dana Wedemeyer-Steele of Kāne'ohe also has indicated an interest.
