Foster Village man, 19, indicted in sexual assault of minor

Advertiser Staff

A 19-year-old Foster Village man was indicted Wednesday afternoon on charges he kidnapped and sexually assaulted an underage girl April 8.

Albert Agoot allegedly called the girl, a family friend, on her cell phone, told her that a relative was dying and said he would pick her up and drive her to the hospital, according to police records.

When the victim got into Agoot's truck, he allegedly choked her, threatened to kill her and sexually assaulted her after taping her eyes closed, according to a police affidavit.

Agoot drove the victim in his truck to a nearby Burger King and back to the site of the original assault in the driveway of his parents' home, according to police.

After assaulting the girl again, Agoot left the truck to get a drink of water and the victim escaped, running naked with her hands tied behind her back to her parents' home three blocks away, according to court records.

Agoot was arrested by police after agreeing to meet them in the parking lot of the Kunia Wal-Mart store.
