'Stuffing' to think about

Can I stuff my turkey ahead of time?

No, it's unsafe to do so since the chilled stuffing in the cavity will not reach a safe temperature before the turkey is done.

To be safe, the turkey should reach a temperature of 180 F, while the stuffing in the body cavity of the bird should reach at least 165 F.

Is Swiss chard a type of cheese?

No. Swiss chard is a leafy green vegetable that's rich in vitamins A, C and K.
