Police are looking for the thief or thieves who broke into a store in Aiea between Sunday night and yesterday morning and stole money from a cash register, two mixed breed puppies from a floor display and a safe containing an undisclosed amount of currency, checks and credit card receipts.

Police did not disclose the name of the store.
No arrests had been made as of this morning.
