The Hawai'i County Department of Environmental Management and ARC of Hilo will close the HI-5¢ redemption center at the Hawi Transfer Station this weekend while improvements are done.

The HI-5¢ redemption center at the Waimea Transfer Station also will be closed Saturday, due to a household hazardous waste collection event at the site.
