The Coasters, Drifters and Platters coming to Oahu

The Drifters, The Coasters and the Platters — all groups who defined the earliest days of rock and roll, are coming to Oahu Aug. 21 as part of the 50 years of statehood celebration.

The legendary rockers have Golden Oldie hits like “Yakety Yak,” “Charlie Brown,” “Poison Ivy,” “Along Came Jones,” “Young Blood,” “There Goes My Baby,” “Save The Last Dance For Me,” “On Broadway,” “Under the Boardwalk,” “The Great Pretender,” “Smoke Gets In Your Eyes,” and more.
The concert will be at 7 p.m. Aug. 21 at the Hawaii Convention Center following New Horizon conferences.
