You may not find political correctness in Kumu Kahuas summer remount of Da Mayah, but you will find spot-on political satire that will make you laugh and might even make you sing.

The play by Lee Cataluna centers on shenanigans in the mayors office in Hilo, where staffers and gangsters make up for elected officials deficiencies, and plate lunches are given their due heft. Karaoke interludes add to the fun.
The show runs through July 26 at 8 p.m. Thursdays-Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays, but theres no performance tonight. Tickets are $5-$16. For more information, call 536-4441 or visit www.kumukahua.org.
