Pulama O Waimea has a variety of cultural events planned for Aug. 15 in Waimea Valley.

The event starts with a 9 a.m. Pule, then there will be a plant sale, Hawaiian artisan demonstrations, music, Hawaiian arts, crafts and games, Waimea Valley Garden tours and more.

Admission for the 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. is $10 general, $6 kamaaina and military adults, $5 for children 4-12 and seniors and $3 for kamaina and military children and seniors.
