The northwest well we've been enjoying will persist into the week, the National Weather Service said, with a reinforcing north northwest swell anticipated Tuesday.

The second swell will peak Tuesday below the advisory level.

Today, surf along north-facing shores will decrease to heights of 4 to 7 feet; surf along west shores will be 3 to 5 feet, east shores will see surf 2 to 4 feet and south shores will see surf 1 to 3 feet.
