MIAMI — Cam Cameron's play-calling worked better today than it did last year in Miami.

The Baltimore Ravens' offensive coordinator orchestrated four scoring drives against the team he coached to only one win last year. Joe Flacco threw for 232 yards and a touchdown to help beat the Dolphins 27-13.

Miami's lone victory last season came against Baltimore in December, and that wasn't enough to save Cameron's job. Since changing teams, he has searched for consistency from the Ravens and finally found it. They mustered scoring drives of 42, 67, 67 and 68 yards, with each lasting at least nine plays.

The NFL's top-ranked defense did the rest. Terrell Suggs scored on a 44-yard interception return, and the Ravens limited Ronnie Brown to 27 yards rushing. Baltimore blitzed to contain Miami's Wildcat offense, which netted only 4 yards in five plays.

The Ravens (3-3) broke a three-game losing streak and won for the first time in their five visits to Miami. The Dolphins fell to 2-4 and remained last in the AFC East.

Baltimore frequently went with no huddle, and the tempo worked for Flacco, who was 17-for-23. The touchdown pass was only the second this season for the rookie, and he didn't commit a turnover.

Willis McGahee ran for 105 yards and a touchdown in 19 carries. Matt Stover, who missed a 44-yard field goal in overtime in the loss at Miami last year, was 2-for-2 on kicks of 47 and 28 yards.

Sixth-year pro Suggs scored his first career touchdown to put Baltimore ahead to stay. When Chad Pennington threw a short pass under heavy pressure, Suggs stepped in front of the intended receiver and sprinted untouched for a 10-3 lead.

With Baltimore still up by seven early in the fourth quarter, McGahee gained 35 yards on a screen pass before losing a fumble at the Miami 5. The Ravens shook off their only turnover, quickly forced a punt and mounted a 68-yard drive, culminated by McGahee's 5-yard run for a 27-13 lead.

Flacco led a 67-yard drive late in the first half capped by his 11-yard touchdown pass to Derrick Mason. The Ravens made it 20-6 when they went 67 yards again to start the second half, settling for a field goal after Flacco missed an open Todd Heap in the end zone.

Miami's only touchdown came in the third quarter on a 7-yard pass from Pennington to rookie Davone Bess — his first NFL score — to cap a 74-yard drive.

The Dolphins took the opening kickoff and drove 54 yards for a field goal by Dan Carpenter. They marched 56 yards in the second quarter, but stalled at the 8 and settled for another field goal.
