Saving energy and saving money. Yes, the two go hand in hand, and you can get some guidance at the fifth annual Live Energy Lite family fun day, presented by Hawaiian Electric Co., from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at Pearlridge Center Uptown's Center Stage.

There are games and prizes, entertainment by the trio Manoa DNA, wild times with Mad Science of Hawaii and interactive exhibits about energy conservation and the environment. HECO has a new brochure, too, called "101 Ways to Save."
