Surf: 2-3 feet expected along north shores today

Advertiser Staff

Surf along the north-facing shores of O'ahu continues to dwindle and is expected to be 2 to 3 feet today, the National Weather Service said.

Surf of 2 to 3 feet is also expected along south-facing shores today, with an occasional 4-foot set.

Look for surf of 1 to 3 feet along west- and east-facing shores, according to the forecast.

Outlook through Wednesday, Oct. 8: The diminishing north swell will gradually dissipate through Saturday. A continuous, small and short period northwest swell will continue through midweek next week before diminishing. Minor bumps in the south swell will linger all the way through next week.
