Charges are pending against a 24-year-old woman arrested Wednesday in Punchbowl on suspicion of copper theft.

Police are holding Leslie M. Fulgoni on an outstanding $750 warrant while she is investigated for copper theft. Fulgoni was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on the 1400 block of Dominis Street,

Police responded to a suspicious activity complaint and found Fulgoni seated in a truck with stolen copper gutter in its bed. The copper was allegedly taken from a building being renovated. A male suspect reportedly fled the scene.
