The Kailua Neighborhood Board will host a town meeting at 7 tonight at the Kailua District Park.

Residents will have a chance to discuss issue that can't be addressed at regular board meetings, including capital improvement projects, parks, the marsh or concerns such as vandalism, graffiti, crime and healthcare.
