NFL: Tight end Eric Johnson re-signs with Saints

NEW ORLEANS — Tight end Eric Johnson agreed to a one-year contract to return to the New Orleans Saints today.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Johnson, who played previously for the San Francisco 49ers, played 14 games for New Orleans last season, catching 48 passes for 378 yards and two touchdowns.
