Aikahi Elementary is expected to reopen this morning after a water main break closed the school to students yesterday.

Board of Water Supply crews had completed work on the water main by late yesterday afternoon.

The elementary school suffered no damage from the main break, said Sandra Goya, Department of Education spokeswoman. The school was closed because water at the school was shut off.
