New stops added to Kauai bus routes

Advertiser Staff

MOLOA'A – Kaua'i County officials are adding two new on-call bus stops to regular routes on the north shore and westside, effective July 1.

Passengers will have the option of getting on or off The Kaua'i Bus at the Moloa'a Fruit Stand on route 400 or 500, which runs between Hanalei and Lihu'e.

In addition, westside residents will be able to board or exit the bus at the Kaua'i Coffee Visitor Center in Kalaheo on route 100 or 200, which runs between Kekaha and Lihu'e.

To arrange for a pick-up or drop-off at either location, passengers will need to call The Kaua'i Bus or inform the bus driver of the need to be dropped off at the new on-call bus stops.
