Hear great music, help fight AIDS

Advertiser Staff

W Honolulu Diamond Head is hosting an official viewing party for (RED)Wire, with exclusive world-premiere songs and videos from U2, John Legend, Sheryl Crow and many more surprise artists.

Who's invited: music-loving Hawai'i trendsetters who want to learn more about (RED)-Wire, the groundbreaking new online music service from (RED) that raises money to help eliminate AIDS in Africa.

W Hotels Worldwide is the only hotel to feature the (RED)Wire online music service. Through this partnership, W guests and loyalists around the country will get access to (RED)Wire through special offers that include trial memberships, exclusive music and special packages.

(RED)Wire will officially launch on Monday, World AIDS Day. W Hotels across the country, including W Honolulu Diamond Head, will be hosting viewing parties.

Guests will have the opportunity to sign up as (RED)Wire subscribers. Subscriptions to (RED)Wire, a digital music magazine, will be used to subsidize the cost of medicine for people who need it in Africa.

Specialty Inspi(RED) cocktails will also be available for purchase, with a portion of proceeds going to the global fund.

The event is 6 to 7 p.m. Monday at W Honolulu Diamond Head's Diamond Head Grill, 2885 Kalakaua Ave.; 922-1700.
