High surf advisory posted for south shores of all islands

The National Weather Service has issued a high surf advisory for the south-facing shores of all islands.
Surf of 6 to 10 feet is expected to continue throughout the day and into the night, according to the high surf advisory, which will remain in effect until 6 p.m. Thursday.
