The Barefoot Natives, the duo of Eric Gilliom and Willie K, is on the Big Island this weekend in a tour that launched last night in Hilo.

Tonight's concert is at 7:30 (doors open at 6:30 p.m.) at the Kahilu Theatre in Kamuela. Tickets are $32 and $37. 808-885-6868, www.kahilutheatre.org.

The Natives are stopping in Honolulu, too, at 8 p.m. Friday at the Hawai'i Theatre, launching the theater's annual Hana Hou! Hawaiian music series. Tickets are $25 and $35 ($5 discount for theater members, those 62 and older, 17 and younger, students and military). 528-0506.
