Looking for a different kind of movie experience? There's the much-lauded film "The Wind That Shakes the Barley," starring Cillian Murphy and Padraic Delaney as brothers caught in the 1920s Irish rebellion against British forces.

Movie critic Jack Matthews of the New York Daily News calls it "a movie of extraordinary importance and, sometimes, beauty."

It's screening at 12:30, 3, 5:30 and 8 p.m. today and Monday at the Movie Museum in Kaimuki. The unrated film (contains violence and adult language) is in English and Irish Gaelic; 127 minutes. 735-8771.
