Community activists, government officials, facilitators and mediators are encouraged to attend; the public is welcome as well.

The event takes place 1 to 5 p.m. Oct. 23 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 24 at the Maui Beach Hotel in Kahului. Cost is $300. To register call Mediation Services of Maui: 808-244-5744.
