Dr. Livingston Wong performed the first living and deceased kidney transplants, first heart transplant, and first bone marrow transplant in Hawai'i. He also established the transplant program at St. Francis Medical Center.

Wong will be honored Dec. 1 at the organ center's Celebration of Life dinner at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Tickets for the event, which starts at 5:30 p.m., cost $150.
