Mulinix takes post at museum new faces

David Mulinix has been named development manager for Bishop Museum, the museum announced Friday.

Mulinix, formerly director of development for Honolulu Theatre for Youth, brings 25 years of experience in nonprofit fund development.

Mulinix has worked previously for the American Red Cross, Hawai'i Habitat for Humanity, and 'Olelo Community Television. He attended Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, Calif.

Mulinix has served as president for the Board of Directors of the American Indian Center and Public Affairs in Disaster Media Representative for the American Red Cross. He is a certified television producer, editor, and camera operator through 'Olelo's community television training program.
