Kurt Masur conducts two concerts of Prokofiev, Beethoven and Mozart July 27 and 29, as does Edo de Waart (Dvorák, Mendelssohn, Rachmaninov and a world premiere by De Raaf on Aug. 4 and 5), while Spanish conductor Rafael Frubeck de Burgos arrives in the final week for three concerts, ending the festival with a performance of Beethoven's Choral Symphony.
