More Sugar Bowl tickets

University of Hawai'i will put its remaining Sugar Bowl tickets on sale tomorrow (Saturday) at the Stan Sheriff Center Box Office.

UH said it has "a couple of hundred" tickets left.

The box office will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a maximum of six tickets per person. No orders will be taken by phone or online. Fans must show a Hawai'i driver's license when purchasing tickets.


BOXING

VILORIA TO FIGHT JAN. 4

Waipahu boxer Brian Viloria is scheduled to face Colombia's Jose Garcia Bernal in Los Angeles on Jan. 4.

The non-title bout will be Viloria's first fight since a loss to Edgar Sosa on April 14 for the WBC light flyweight championship.

Viloria, a former WBC light flyweight champ, is 19-2; Bernal is 27-9-1.

PAN-PACIFIC TICKETS

Tickets are on sale for the Pan-Pacific Championship, an international soccer tournament featuring stars David Beckham of England, Hawai'i's Brian Ching and Japan's Satoshi Yamaguchi.

The four-club tournament is scheduled for Feb. 20 and 23 at Aloha Stadium.

Tickets can be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com or at all Ticketmaster retail locations. Tickets can also be purchased at the Aloha Stadium Box Office, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The four clubs in the tournament include reigning MLS Cup champion Houston Dynamo (with Ching), J.League Yamazaki Nabisco Cup Champion Gamba Osaka (with Yamaguchi), SuperLiga finalist Los Angeles Galaxy (with Beckham), and an Australian Hyundai A-League team.
