Lions Club sets volunteer work

Advertiser Staff

The Pearl City Lions Club plans to paint the interior of the Waimano Home Disability Facility Complex building on Waimano Home Road as part of a community service project tomorrow.

The service project, which will involve about 15 members, will also include poisoning weeds and planting more than 40 plants on the facility grounds.

About 15 members of the Pearl City Lions Club are also scheduled to restripe the parking stalls at Pearl City High School the following Saturday. Volunteers will also repaint curbs and handicap stalls.
