    Workshop looks at kalamungay benefits

    The Honolulu Board of Water Supply and the Friends of Halawa Xeriscape Garden will offer a new workshop on the cultural significance, nutritional value and water-saving characteristics of the "unthirsty" kalamungay tree on Nov. 21 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Halawa Xeriscape Garden. There is a $5 registration fee, and advance registration is required. Call 748-5363 to sign up or for more information. More »
