"It's a new flavor," said Yano, vice president for Jack in the Box Hawaii. "We wanted to try a different vendor and a higher-end Kona coffee brand that we think our customers will appreciate."

So guests can now sip on a cup of Hawaiian Paradise Coffee with their morning bacon-egg-and-cheese biscuit and hash brown sticks or with their Jumbo Jack and seasoned curly fries.

Through the end of the month, all locations on Oahu and Maui will offer guests a free iced or regular cup of coffee when ordering from the menu.

"Our restaurant managers have taste tested this new coffee and feedback has been positive," Yano said. "It's deeper and more robust in flavor."
