Chocolate Extravaganza benefits homeless families

Emmanuel Episcopal Church will again host a Chocolate Extravaganza, an all-you-can-eat sweets buffet to benefit charity, Nov. 14 in Kailua.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. and runs to 9 p.m. Tickets are $20 presale and $25 at the door. In addition, there is a VIP Golden Ticket event for $30 per person, during which the finest of the church's chocolate donations are served to guests; this event opens at 5 p.m.

Funds raised by the event will benefit Family Promise of Hawai'i, a nonprofit organization that assists homeless families to move toward independence.
