Two Hawaii clinics receive funding for children's health care

Bay Clinic Inc. and the Hawaii Primary Care Association are among 69 organizations receiving $40 million of grants from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for finding and enrolling children who are eligible for Medicaid or Children's Health Insurance Program.
