The Rev. Bob Nakata, O'ahu chapter president of Faith Action for Community Equity, led a group of affordable-housing advocates and low-income residents to Mayor Mufi Hannemann's office to call for the re-establishment of a city housing office. The group also held a prayer vigil at Honolulu Hale.
