WAILUA — The body of a man with apparent injuries was found in a car on Loop Road yesterday morning, a Kauai County news release said.

Police have tentatively identified the victim, but are not releasing his name until relatives have been notified.

The case has been classified as an unattended death and an investigation has begun.
